Hugo was very attentive and helpful. The service was done on time. One guy, I think it was the manager came out to help with a Customer who was having difficulties, He didn’t appear to have an appointment and seemed to have just walked in to get his car fixed. It was heartful to watch the both the manager and Hugo have patience, and help the gentleman get his car repaired.

I’ve been using this shop for several years for oil changes and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. Customer service is poor, wait times are long, and while I used to receive a full report on my vehicle, which I loved, I didn’t receive a report this last time. I probably won’t come back.
