I used to keep a fleet of install vehicles on the road. So I trust Meineke with my private vehicle. I got a free estimate. Genuine part guaranteed labor Greatly exceeded the value of the vehicle. To find the big leak, they sprayed the engine so clean, I didn't recognise it. Time to buy a new truck keep the wheels. Renton location, estimate is free, other Mienekes charge a fee. About half of the industry standard.

Hugo was very attentive and helpful. The service was done on time. One guy, I think it was the manager came out to help with a Customer who was having difficulties, He didn’t appear to have an appointment and seemed to have just walked in to get his car fixed. It was heartful to watch the both the manager and Hugo have patience, and help the gentleman get his car repaired.

I’ve been using this shop for several years for oil changes and unfortunately the experience has gone downhill. Customer service is poor, wait times are long, and while I used to receive a full report on my vehicle, which I loved, I didn’t receive a report this last time. I probably won’t come back.

The person that helped me was so kind and helpful he explained everything to me that needed attention in addition to what I was as there for. After spending a LOT of money getting the services recommended The very next day the front left tire was wobbling and it felt like it was going to fall apart. I’m afraid to drive the car and pray that I can make it back to the shop to get the situation resolved.

Not helpful at all: attitude to the max. Acting as if he didn’t choose his profession and place of work. Asked for an idea on price and acted as if he couldn’t tell me without looking at that car. Therefore why works I trust someone to do professional work and charge me a fair price? Oh you mean you want to price gouge me right? Respect goes a long way. I would have been happy with being over charged had he showed a little respect.
