Made an appointment on December 30th for Jan 13th for 2 tires. Arrive early for the appointment and get told "we don't have those tires, we have to order them. It'll be here in 2 days." Customer service cool, besides almost being murdered with all of my tires at 54+ psi with one being at 57psi. They told me to drive back. Lucky to find my tire inflator serves as a deflator and my tpsm sensors lighting my display up like a Christmas tree. (Goodyear Assurance WeatherrReady 2 have max psi of 51, car rated 38-42. )Jesus almost literally took the wheels.

Jesse and George were amazing. They both have so much knowledge. My wife and I truly appreciate how Jesse took time to educate us on the various tires and their performance based on what we needed. We definitely will be returning and we’ll recommend their store to our friends:)

My husband took our car here and almost had a heart attack when he saw that he was overcharged. $600 for 6 spark plugs. The cost should not have exceeded $275 max. We were not given a quote of $600 when we dropped the car off and were expecting to pay half of that. It was not even a new or luxury car. 😒 This was not the first time we were overcharged.
